Structural Analysis Experience

  • Inner & Outer Fixed Fan Ducts (engine nacelle) with BMI composites and several metallic alloys for pressure, inertia and blade out loads
  • Titanium engine mount truss system supporting two engines and a combiner gearbox for flight conditions including rotor burst fail-safe criteria.
  • Altas V SRB (Spacecraft) Nosecone Fairing constructed of BMI - Epoxy & honeycomb core panels.
  • Sikorsky Firehawk and CV580 Air tanker modifications using FEM.
  • Cargo container FEM and substantiation.
  • Aircraft interiors equipment – galleys, closets, bulkheads, etc. – Honeycomb composites using FEM and/or “hand” methods for interface loads & stress.
