Technical can supply PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) parts as FAA approved
replacement parts for installation in type certificated (TC) aircraft, aircraft
engines, propellers and in aircraft appliances / equipment. Your needs for Spare Parts: As an aircraft operator you need spare parts for the maintenance of your aircraft, aircraft engines and appliances / equipment. The traditional source of spare parts have been and still are the OEM's. Prices and availability of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) spare parts have led some operators to resort to part out and repair and overhaul. However, part out is very limited while repair and overhaul still require spare parts. Based on our experience, the cost benefit of using PMA parts will be advantageous to you. US Technical's PMA Capability: US Technical, Fullerton is a PMA facility. US Technical has the capability to obtain FAA PMA for OEM parts that you decide to pursue. We have in-house FAA DER's (Designated Engineering Representative) and DMIR (Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative) as well as an established network of outside DER's and DAR's (Designated Airworthiness Representative).
